Tony Larkman

Tony Larkman is a lifelong athlete, coach and consultant with more than three decades of experience in training, performance and fitness.

His sporting background includes international competition and numerous achievements in rowing, including Commonwealth Games medals, Henley Royal Regatta victories and masters world titles.

Alongside his sporting career, Tony has spent many years coaching and training clients across a wide spectrum of ages and abilities. His experience ranges from competitive athletes and club rowers to individuals simply seeking to remain healthy and active throughout life.

This perspective is particularly valuable when assessing hotel gyms, as these facilities must cater to a very diverse guest population. Some guests may be experienced athletes maintaining high-level training routines, while others may simply want a safe and welcoming environment for light exercise or mobility work.

Tony’s experience working with people from teenage years through to clients in their 80s provides a unique understanding of what makes a gym genuinely usable for everyone.

Tony Larkman Consulting brings this practical knowledge to the hospitality sector, helping hotels ensure their gym facilities support modern expectations around health, fitness and wellbeing
